Dream Glory Hotel

The rooms were just right, neat and clean, and the staff were so polite. Thanks, guys, for looking after us so well. I'd love to come back. One of the best hotels I've stayed in so far.

Please don't let this hotel ruin your trip and mood. We booked for three days but left within 10 hours. The place is very remote and far from the main market, and even cab drivers had trouble finding it. There’s no lift, the rooms start on the second floor, and the stairs are quite steep and difficult to manage. Our bedsheets and pillow covers were stained, a wall was damp, and the regular tap water wasn't working. The cook had left, so there was hardly anything for guests to eat. The manager and his only helper were doing everything, from changing sheets and serving food to carrying luggage. There wasn't proper handwash for washing hands. We were supposed to get complimentary breakfast, but when the manager said he could only cook maggie, it was clear they were unprepared for almost everything. When we raised our concerns, he seemed very frustrated. Our first day was spoiled, and we had to go sightseeing with all our luggage because of the situation. On top of that, the manager asked for a tip just for carrying our bags. A big no for this hotel. 🙅

The service was terrible, and the hotel is a long way from MG Marg, so cab rides to the centre will cost extra. We booked a room with breakfast, but on arrival they said there was no chef. They'd made promises beforehand, but what we found was very different. The owner stopped communicating once we got there. I wouldn't recommend staying here. It felt like people were being misled with false promises. Book at your own risk.

The room we were given was dirty, with insects, bugs, cobwebs and unclean sheets and pillow covers, despite booking a deluxe room with all facilities. It's also too far from Mg Marg. They charged me for breakfast but didn't serve it, then refused when I asked for a refund. The staff were extremely rude, and the main person at the hotel didn't answer when I called. I'd strongly advise people to check reviews carefully and avoid hotels like this.
