After 15 days here, I found the hotel peaceful, surrounded by hills, and the rooms were good for the budget. Anil ji cooked food to our liking, and grocery and medical stores are available nearby. The local taxi stand is close, and they can arrange a taxi too. Most of all, Anil ji, Tima ji, Nima ji and Mingma ji were very polite and good to us. The hotel is a little way from the main area, though local taxis are available at minimal cost. It has four floors, so guests placed on the top floor will need to climb a lot of stairs.

The chicken fried rice was my favourite, and the food was good overall. Rooms and service were good for a reasonable price. The location might suit some people since it’s away from the busy area, and shared taxis are easy to find. You could stay here.

After a tiring journey, I found the stay very comfortable and homely. At first I thought the hotel seemed quite far away, but once I got there, it felt really good. The staff were good too. I definitely recommend this hotel.

They don't provide dinner in the room and send you to the top floor. My wife slipped on the stairs there, falling down 6-7 steps and getting a serious injury 🤕. They have cameras working 24x7, but nobody even checked on us or seemed to notice what had happened. There was no medicine, no first aid, and no food service. I don't know why I'm here at this laxmi niwas.
