The room had peeling paint and the fan made noise. The bedsheet was dirty, the room wasn't clean, and the AC didn't work properly. Staff behaved terribly, like lucha lafanga. They didn't provide any water, either. The map location was wrong, and getting there by car was a nightmare: there was barely room to enter the road, and I had to deal with so many scrates.
The receptionist told me to stop calling when I rang to report the maid's rude behavior. The room itself wasn't clean, and the staff were very rude. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
The place is tucked away on a little side street, so it's really quiet. My room was clean and comfortable, with AC, hot water, and a TV. The staff were kind and helpful too.
Everything seemed fine at first, but although I'd booked online, they offered me a non-AC room. In the end I had to pay extra to get one with AC.
The room was clean and hygienic, and the service was much better than I expected. Best hotel in this area.
