The room was dirty and seemed like it hadn't been used for a while. It had a constant damp, mould-like smell that gave my wife a headache after the first night. The whole experience left us more tired than ever and ruined our vacation. We won't return or recommend this hotel. There was no one at reception when we arrived. A room service boy took 10 minutes to attend to us, then it took another 15 minutes to get the receptionist on the phone. The receptionist didn't know our booking details, and the room service boy took our baggage upstairs without telling us. Calls for tea, meals and room cleaning went unanswered. The bathrooms and toilets weren't clean, there was no hot water, and the TV wasn't connected before check-in. After calling for service around 10 times, I had to drag someone along with me to get things addressed. Some electrical appliances didn't work, or there was no electricity to run them. I hope that's how they conserve electricity.

For what you pay, the service is really bad. The rooms weren't clean, it took half a day to get the TV connected, there was no hot water, and breakfast wasn't proper. This doesn't even feel like a one-star hotel. The owner lady was rude, and the reception staff didn't care. Please don't book this hotel online.
