The location is in a very bad spot. I contacted Fab Hotels customer care, and they said the hotel was great, but the staff were still asleep at 0800 hrs and nobody had any information about breakfast. I booked for my parents, with breakfast included, but they struggled to get a decent meal. Even their tea had been made the night before, then heated up in the morning. This hotel shouldn't be recommended to anyone.

There was no stay at all, the hotel was closed. We booked through agoda, then heard other guests who had booked earlier had also been turned away. The person looking after the place had run off after testing positive, and apparently the hotel had been shut for two years. The same thing happened to us. It was a scam.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms, bathroom and sheets were clean and in good condition, the staff were cooperative, and the food was good, with different breakfasts and dinners each day. It's a great hotel in tadong with a lovely view of the hills. Taking one star off because it's set back from the main road and mg marg.

A small shop downstairs is handy if you need to buy anything. The manager was generous and offered us a free cab to MG marg, so it's a good place if you have cab access.

The view was great and everything else was just right. I was happy to spend my summer vacation there. The only reason for taking off a star is the geographic location.
