I was there for 10 days for a friend's wedding and a longer trip around Sikkim, and really enjoyed my stay in room 404. It was spacious and always smelled fresh, with a lovely view over the Gangtok landscape. I felt at home even while away. Breakfast was served buffet style in the morning, and they gladly handled round-the-clock room service and late-night orders. The gentleman who looked after my room was excellent, and all the staff I met, men and women alike, gave great service.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Helia during our Sikkim trip. The Sky Lounge stood out for its breathtaking views of the mountains and Gangtok city. It was a lovely spot to relax, enjoy the mountain air, and take in the scenery. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was beautiful, spacious, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety and excellent quality. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of MG Marg, making it easy to explore the city, local markets, and restaurants.

The calm, welcoming atmosphere and tasty food, with plenty of choices, made the stay especially enjoyable. My room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the staff were courteous and attentive throughout my visit to hotel Helia.

The view was amazing, and MG Marg was an easy walk away. I had a lovely stay, and I especially miss suku, the helpful house cleaning lady.
