Mr. Karma was especially kind and professional, and his support helped make our stay smooth and memorable. The staff at Hotel Ninamma, Gangtok made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout, with prompt service and clean, well-kept rooms. We had a very pleasant visit, and the hospitality felt personal. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Gangtok.

The host kept coordinating and managed to arrange a ride for us during peak season, when finding a large cab was really difficult. I’m grateful for the help. Our room was clean, the city view from the windows included the stadium and a church, and the staff were kind and helpful. The food was good too.

We stayed for two nights, and the room had amazing views. MG Marg is only a few minutes away on foot, which made the hotel’s location very convenient. The manager arranged our Changu, Natula, and baba mandir tour, along with the permit. The staff and manager were very nice, and the food was good. I recommend staying here.

The stay was disappointing. The rooms weren’t clean, room service was poor, and the staff behaved badly. The prices felt far too high for the quality. It also felt unsafe for families. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

I visited in December 2025 and had an amazing experience. The hotel’s location, food, and service were fabulous, and all the staff were helpful. Miss Sushma Sharma was kind and guided me through the booking process. I’d highly recommend the hotel to anyone planning a visit to Gangtok.
