Hotel Tibet Gallery was neat, clean, well maintained, and had the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s close to MG Marg and surrounded by good cafés and eateries, and the staff were generally courteous and helpful. I found the stay comfortable and worth the money, apart from one upsetting breakfast interaction. I’d taken a boiled egg, then noticed it was hard-boiled and had a strong smell. When I asked for a sunny-side-up egg instead, they said I couldn’t exchange it because I’d already taken one, which I understand. What bothered me was how rudely and humiliatingly they said it. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. Hospitality also depends on how guests are treated when they make a reasonable request, and I hope management addresses this so others have a consistently good experience.

The hotel made our trip memorable, and I loved the attention to detail. There was a huge mirror facing us as we came down the final staircase, so we could check our outfits before heading out. The staff and manager were exceptional, the food was brilliant, and the ambience was lovely. The room exceeded our expectations: clean, aesthetic, and had everything we needed, including a sanitized washroom. From the moment we arrived, the location stood out too, just a very short walk from mg marg. Kudos to the people who thought it all up and made it happen! 💕

MG Marg is only minutes away on foot. Check-in was smooth, the staff attentive, and everything felt well coordinated. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities; housekeeping was prompt, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The only thing missing is a lift, but I’d still highly recommend the property for business or leisure.

We stayed for 2 nights with our family. The property is in a prime spot near MG road, and the rooms were cozy, neat, and clean. I had some difficulty with the language, but they still provided great service. The breakfast was very tasty too. I strongly recommend this hotel for a stay in Gangtok.

The rooms are very good, with great size and infrastructure, and the staff are welcoming and provide great service. The food was very tasty too. Great hospitality. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again on every visit to Gangtok.
