Biswajit was such a lovely host. The hotel had a great view, the rooms were really clean, and the staff were very cooperative. The price was reasonable too. Loved staying here and would come again ♥️

Arjun bhaiyya cooked delicious, homely meals, and Avinash was always quick to help with anything we needed in the room. He was the cutest service boy we met. Biswajit welcomed us with a humble manner and a smile. The stay itself was peaceful and got plenty of sunshine, tucked away in the hills of Gangtok. Loved the service and would definitely return. Thank you, Team White Lotus! 🤗

The food was a real highlight, and the staff were so warm and helpful that they made the stay feel special. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and cozy. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was above average. A lovely place in Gangtok if you value kind service and a homely feel.

We had a quiet stay, just what you want for a peaceful retreat. Our ground floor quadruple room was spacious and had a mountain view. It also made getting around easier for my mother-in-law, who has leg pain. Mr. Biswajit at the front desk was calm, responsive, and cooperative, and helped us plan our sightseeing. The food was delicious and came on time. The hotel was neat and clean, and the staff polite and well-mannered.
