Kiran was attentive, polite, and quick to handle every request. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a smooth check-in and checkout. The food was good, and service was prompt and professional.

The rooms and booking process seemed fine at first, but after confirming, the hotel told us it couldn't take credit or debit cards because of “technical issues.” For a business hotel, that's a basic need. Corporate guests rely on cards for compliance and expense tracking, so being asked to use cash, UPI, or transfers to alternate accounts didn't feel professional or reassuring. I booked for a corporate stay expecting service that matched the Clarks name. If standard payment methods aren't available, it makes me question the hotel's reliability and readiness for business guests. I hope management sorts this out soon, since it can overshadow everything else. Right now, I wouldn't count on it for corporate travel.

Miss Ratna is sincere and dedicated in her food service work. She keeps things hygienic, serves meals politely, and makes sure each child gets proper attention. She's respectful toward both students and staff, and does a very good job.

The rooms are nicely maintained, the food is awesome, and the breakfast spread is good compared with other hotels in town. I took off two stars because they accept only cash and UPI, not cards. They also try to charge you if checkout is even 30 minutes late, whether you've stayed one night or four. Checkout at 10 AM is very early.
