The food is good, and the hotel has a beautiful view, clean rooms, and a very good location. But service is very poor. The staff can be a little rude to guests and aren’t cooperative. They need to improve the service system.

We stayed for eight days because a dialysis patient was with us, and Renocare, the dialysis unit, is close by. The service was very, very bad. They charged a lot compared with other places, and every meal arrived cold. There was no room service or daily cleaning. We repeatedly asked housekeeping to clean, but they came up with a different excuse each time. Before booking, they promised lots of things that never happened. The service boys had an odd attitude and weren’t appropriate at all. It felt like a group of scams. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Be alert.

Worst stay ever. In this beautiful place, they kept disturbing our peace. Every day we had to wait an hour to get water in the toilets, and the food was pathetic.

The place was spotlessly clean, and the food was tasty and good. Arun, the manager, had an excellent nature, while Ms. Manjula was kind and helpful. The staff were polite and cooperative.
