I stayed at this hotel for 2 days,26to 27 Dec 2025 Gangotak. The location is very good, and the hotel staaf were friendly, helpful, and Coperative. The environment was good, and everything was clean and well organize. From my side, it gets 5 stars. keep ot up👍👍👍

The owners close the hotel by 11.00, and I couldn't get in. I called again and again, but nobody answered, so I had no option except to bang on the door. They threatened me afterward and said I was drunk, which I wasn't. I was scared for my life and had to call the police to protect me. Worst hotel. 0/5 stars. Misbehaviour. Not safe for tourists or girls.

The rooms are clean and good, but I didn't like the service at all, and the food wasn't good either. It’s far from the market if you want to walk there.

The location was excellent, close to the key attractions, and the room was comfortable and clean. Staff stayed polite and helpful throughout. It was a pleasant, hassle-free visit, and I’d recommend it to others.
