A convenient spot for getting around and reaching the market areas. The rooms were clean, the staff polite, and the owner was thoughtful about guests’ needs. One of the best places to stay in Gangtok, highly recommended.

The rooms didn’t look anything like the photos on Google Maps, and they were small and dirty. The rate was high, the geyser didn’t work properly, and the staff and manager weren’t cooperative. The manager’s behaviour was very bad too. There was no doorbell, the landline barely worked, and I can’t understand how this place is connected to OYO. It felt more like a dharamshala than a hotel, with very poor facilities.

It’s far from the market, and the food wasn’t good. The room was in very bad condition, with water seeping through the wall, and it looked completely different from the photos on the website. The hotel manager was rude as well.

The reception person was unresponsive, the TV didn’t work, and the bath fittings were broken. Breakfast was very poor too. This feels like a dharamshala set up to fleece tourists, with pathetic facilities. Avoid it completely.

The service was good, but the TV was a problem. Before we entered the room, he told us it worked. Later, he admitted that none of the lodge’s TVs worked. Don’t pay in advance until you’ve confirmed what facilities are actually available.
