We loved the delicious dinner, and the front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and incredibly clean. White Conch Residency is right in the city mall road, which was a perfect location. We’ll definitely be back. Overall, the best hotel in Gangtok.

The place and service were good overall, and the rooms are spacious and nice. Its location in arithang works well going downhill from West Point mall, but walking back up with bags is a bit of a task.

At around ₹3000 for 3 days, White conch Residency was unbeatable value for me. The veg food was surprisingly good, with nice variety and quality, and the rooms were beautiful. Staff were incredibly warm. It’s just a short walk to MG Marg and the bus stand, so getting around is easy. I had a genuinely excellent stay and would book with confidence.

White Conch residency is only 350m from MG marg, which made it convenient to get around during my solo trip to Sikkim. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff, Karan & Mahindra, were friendly and gave me tips for local sightseeing. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Gangtok.

During my holiday, I stayed here on two different nights within a five-day period, and both times there was a water cut. The hotel staff gave a different reason each time, and there wasn't proper communication with the manager about resolving the issue. It felt like a waste of money and left me frustrated. I wouldn't recommend the hotel if you encounter problems like this, and suggest checking all the facilities before going.
