Hot water, tea, or coffee was brought right to our room whenever we wanted it. The staff were lovely, and their friendly behavior really impressed me and my family. Everything was kept clean, and the food was amazing. They serve simple, homelike meals, which we really enjoy. My family and I were very impressed with the service at OYO Hotel Golden Shangrila.

We stayed in the last weeks of December. The rooms were decent, and although there was no heater, the extra blanket helped. Their service was the best we had on our trip. They made tea whenever we asked and didn’t charge for it. We booked through a travel agency. Thanks a lot, Hotel Shangrila.

The location is easy to find, and the hotel surroundings are good. MG Market is only about 3 km away. The food is tasty, and room service is quick. Staff are helpful with whatever you need. If you’re planning a budget trip, go with Golden Sanrila Hotel.

The food was flawless, and the service left us very satisfied. Everyone treated our family so warmly that it made a lasting impression. OYO HOTEL SAGRILLA has a charming atmosphere, and we’ll remember the staff’s good behavior and service for a long time. It was unforgettable.

The rooms were good once we got in, but they weren’t properly ready when we arrived at 4:30pm 28.Nov. I’d called reception to say we’d check in at 4pm, yet the one staff member had to set things up in front of us. There were two of us and he gave us one towel. When we asked for another, he said, “1 room - 1 towel.” I’ve never had such a stupid response from a hotel. Sometimes a person’s attitude ruins the whole experience.
