Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and worked well, with lovely views across Sikkim's mountainous terrain. The resort sits in a great spot above the river. Staff were polite, attentive, caring, and quick to respond. We also got to enjoy a Sikkimese feast, and the food was so good we kept eating. A place well worth visiting.

We had a family gathering and birthday weekend here, and the room was clean, lovely, and just right for the occasion. The property has a beautiful building, a charming old-fashioned feel, and was very convenient for conference activities. Staff were pleasant, efficient, and incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. I loved the ambience and had a great experience. I'd recommend it to friends.

The resort has a nice location and good views, though it's about 30 minutes from Gangtok and the last half-kilometre of approach road is rough. Wi-Fi was below average. The rooms are spacious, including the bathrooms, with attractive decor and a royal look. Staff were courteous and superb in their manner. Food was above average, but a bit pricey.

I spent four nights at the resort and had a fabulous stay. Breakfast and the other food were excellent, and the staff were kind and helpful. Mr Rajen Guru was an energetic, humble manager who was always ready to assist. I was very touched by his hospitality. Wishing Saramsa Resort all the best. #JaiHind

We came as a family with our pet and were warmly welcomed at this pet-friendly resort. The property manager Mr.Rajen Gurung and the whole staff provided outstanding hospitality. Our room was large and airy, with a balcony, and the chef's cooking was delicious.
