The rooms were good, but most washrooms had broken faucets that made them difficult to use. Food was lacking in both quality and quantity, and staff didn't seem interested in meeting guests' needs. It was a disappointing experience.

When we came back from Lachun soaked, they helped us out with room heaters and hot food. The staff were consistently polite and really helpful, and room service was very good. Everything was well maintained, the rooms felt luxurious, and the food was awesome. One of the most memorable stays of our whole trip.

We had a surprisingly comfortable room, and the staff were especially attentive. Everything was excellent during our three nights here on an educational tour with 60 heads. I'd recommend this hotel for an education tour, business trip, or family trip.

The hotel had a soothing atmosphere, and the staff were amazing. They went out of their way to make our three-night stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gangtok. Thank you.

The location is quite far from the centre, so taxi trips can end up costing a ransom. The inexperienced staff managed, served, and ran the place, and the whole stay was terrible. My experience was below average. I'd suggest finding a better property instead of wasting your money here.
