Goibibo customer care was understanding and supportive, which was very different from my experience with the hotel. After my grandmother suddenly passed away, I couldn’t check in on the booked date and asked for a cancellation on humanitarian grounds. Mr. Rajesh Gupta refused to help or offer a refund. Hotel staff were rude and unresponsive, and didn’t answer despite my repeated calls. The customer service felt awful and completely lacking in empathy. I strongly recommend avoiding this property if you expect basic courtesy or humane treatment in difficult circumstances.

The food tasted terrible and the service was the worst I’ve experienced. The staff, including the manager, were arrogant and wouldn’t accommodate customers. People working in hospitality need to learn basic manners.

I’ve stayed here three times now. It’s a very good place, with awesome food and staff who are polite and humble.

The breakfast buffet costs ₹157, and I wouldn’t pay that again. There’s only canned juice, no fresh juice, plus tea or coffee. The food selection is basic: Poha, Idli Sambhar, Chola Kulcha, Pakoda, Sewai, corn flakes, plain sandwiches, and bananas as the only fruit. Everything tastes average, and you can get better options outside for less. If you’re expecting a proper hotel breakfast, you’ll be disappointed. Not worth the money or time.
