The rooms are spacious and very clean, and they’re worth the price. Staff were friendly, and they’ll prepare food if you ask. The location is the drawback, about 3 km from M.G Marg. They can arrange a taxi if you request one at reception 30 minutes ahead. A ride to MG Marg costs around Rs120.

The rooms didn’t match the price. Service was poor: no room cleaning, unreliable water, lighting problems, and no laundry. Breakfast was just bread. Staff also entered my room while I was away without asking, and packed my extra luggage without my permission.

We’d paid the full advance for three rooms, but when we arrived they gave us only two. Please understand the trouble that caused and don’t come here. You could end up stuck with bread for breakfast and no proper food. I’m asking you not to come, or you’ll suffer. Jay Hind.

The balcony has a nice view, and the room is decent. The bathroom was a little dirty, though, and the food was very bad.

Stay here only as a last option in Gangtok. It’s on the outskirts, so you need a cab to get to MG MARG. Service isn’t proper, and finding food is a problem.
