On day one, the breakfast was poha so bad that we couldn’t eat it, even though I’d told Hiten about it. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and it was very poorly managed by a person called hiten. He didn’t even take our photo ID. The sheets hadn’t been changed, and the floors seemed not to have been mopped for months. It was very unhygienic. The building photos are fake, too. It isn’t such a big hotel, and being three floors down, it felt like a dungeon.

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the stay was excellent. The room side is very big, and the planting done by the hotel looks beautiful. 😍❤️

The rooms are decent, the property is good, and the service helpers do a good job. What let the experience down was the manager. Instructions don't seem to get followed, and the hotel management could use improvement.
