The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere, and the food is tasty. This is a good little boutique hotel with mountain views, near the market. The staff are helpful and courteous.

Waking up to the lovely view from my window made the stay especially memorable. The management were professional and attentive, and seemed to take care over every detail. The food was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented at every meal too. I had a truly enjoyable visit and would recommend this hotel for the comfort, service, and breathtaking scenery.

Our experience was really bad. They came into our room without our permission. We booked for two people but three of us stayed, and we paid the extra charge, yet they gave us a bill for only two. Their behavior wasn’t good either. At first they wouldn’t provide a kettle, then after we asked, they brought an unclean, burnt kettle. We accidentally got a towel dirty, and they charged us an extra 500 for the damage. People pay to stay and use the hotel’s things, but this was the first time I’d seen a hotel charge for a dirty towel.

The location is great, near Mall Road, and the view is lovely. Food is good, the staff behave well, and the price is budget-friendly. They also have rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and parking.

The top floor has a good view of Kanchanjunga. It’s a neat, clean and cozy place to stay, and we had a nice time here with family.
