The stay resort’s food and service staff were good and accommodating, but the rest of the experience was rough. The AC swing function didn’t work and blew cold air at our faces, so we had to switch it off. There was no warm water at night, and the exhaust fan and service intercom were both out of order. Music from a nearby property played loudly through the night, making it hard to sleep. The property needs serious upgrades and maintenance, and the toiletries seemed to have been refilled in single-use mini containers. Our package included breakfast and lunch at Chokhi Dhani. The Sonipat location felt almost lifeless compared with the Jaipur one, with at least half the activities unavailable and below-par food. The paneer was stale, so I spat it out and called the manager or chef. We paid 6k, got no discount or concession after raising the problems, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
