They called the room a duplex, but that seemed to be in name only, since it didn't meet the actual standard. The room and service were both very poor, and even basics like toilet paper, a toothbrush, and toothpaste were missing. I strongly advise people not to book here. It isn't worth the money and doesn't meet basic hospitality expectations.

The rooms were clean and the resort itself was decent, but the way management handled our group booking made the visit disappointing. We had confirmed in advance that three people could stay in each room, then agreed to pay extra for four people in one room. When we arrived, the manager or owner refused to allow four, even after we showed the booking confirmation. It was frustrating and unprofessional. The listed check-in time was 12:00 noon, but we didn't get a room until 1:00 pm and had to wait outside the property. With that attitude and poor handling, I'd suggest choosing another hotel if you have the option.

I booked through Cleartrip, but there wasn't an option to leave a review there, so I'm sharing this here. The room had no intercom. There was just one shared phone in the lobby, so every time we needed room service we had to go down there to call. The staff were arrogant and unprofessional from check-in onward. Nobody helped with my luggage, and I had to carry it to my room myself. That was very disappointing and unacceptable, as was the rest of the experience. I'd strongly advise travelers against staying here if they don't want their excitement spoiled.

The food choices are quite good, and the rooms are 10/10 for the price. The owner has more attitude than Elon Musk 😝, so I'd avoid dealing with him. The rest is good. Be careful with offline bookings. I paid the full advance after being shown a 6 bed room, but they later moved me into two separate rooms. Because of a fellow traveler's health condition, I had no choice at that last minute but to stay. Book online only.
