The service was basically nonexistent. We weren't even offered a small bottle of water, and there was no A/C remote, so we had to adjust the temperature ourselves. The rooms looked nothing like the photos, which felt fake. The walls were so dirty it felt like being in a prison, and the bedsheets looked as if they hadn't been washed in ages. There was no lock on the bathroom door, and its glass was broken. Small insects were crawling in the bed too. This hotel would be at the top of my list of worst places I've stayed. It wasn't even worth one star.

The worst kind of hotel stay. They kept switching off the A/C after about half an hour using a switch at reception. If we noticed, they'd turn it back on, then shut it off again half an hour later. They said occupancy was low and electricity was limited, so they couldn't run the generator for one A/C. That meant there was no power backup for us.

The rooms were awful and nothing like the photos. The bedsheet and pillow were dirty, there was no A/C, and the bathroom was the worst. This OYO was horrible and useless. Never go there.
