MANISHA was especially caring and kind with our baby, even helping with food. Her thoughtfulness meant a lot to us, and made the visit memorable. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere welcoming, and the service throughout our comfortable stay was excellent. Thanks to her and the whole team for making us feel at home. We'd recommend the hotel and look forward to coming back.

The meal and the welcoming atmosphere made for a great visit to the restaurant at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Statue of Unity. Manas and Manisha were polite, attentive, and professional. They made sure we were comfortable at the table, brought the food on time, and checked in regularly. Their positive attitude and care for guests really improved the experience. Great food, ambiance, and service. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the Statue of Unity area.

Lunch and dinner service was slow, with dishes often taking a long time to arrive after we ordered. At breakfast, I saw the chef preparing eggs and dosa at the same poolside station. That isn't acceptable for Jain guests or others who follow strict vegetarian practices. Hotels serving many vegetarian and Jain visitors should take care to keep preparation properly separate. The property itself is decent, but the dining experience disappointed me. I hope management addresses both the food handling and the service delays.

Manisha and Shabaz at the buffet were warm, polite, and attentive, and their hospitality stood out. The buffet itself was fresh and delicious, with a wide range of choices for different tastes. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and its peaceful location was convenient for nearby attractions. We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay at Ramada, Statue of Unity. The excellent service and food made it a place we'd happily return to and recommend to families visiting SOU.

The garden is a nice place for a relaxing walk, and there's a pool for a quick dip. The bus stop right beside the hotel makes it easy to catch transit buses to the attractions. Rooms are clean and have the amenities you need. The food was the standout for me, truly exceptional. A great place to stay while visiting statue of unity.
