I only stayed one night, but enjoyed it and would recommend Kusum palace to friends and family. The staff were gentle and courteous, and they arranged an early morning check-in without any trouble. It's under 500 meters from Gaya Railway Station, within walking distance. Autos for local sightseeing and plenty of food options are available outside. Thanks for the good hospitality.

Getting around was easy, with transport readily available, and the restaurant served amazing food. The room service was very good too. I stayed two nights with my family. The hotel is within walking distance of the railway station, and the rooms are large with a luxurious feel. The bathroom was clean and nice, with toiletries and hot water. A decent stay in Gaya.

Nishant, the hotel manager, was well behaved, but the other manager, Rocky, had an attitude problem and wasn't pleasant with customers. I think the owner should talk to him about how to treat guests. The hotel has a kitchen and delivers all food by room service, but it takes a long time. They only start at 8 AM, which is a problem if you're leaving early. The location is very good, close to the railway station, and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. They also provided shampoo, soap, a razor, and a dental kit.
