Service at Monday Hotels, Kondapur, Hyderabad was consistently good. The staff were courteous, professional and sincerely helpful, making it easy to feel comfortable throughout the visit. Their hospitality made the stay pleasant.

The room had electricity trouble, and even after I reported it, nobody came to check. It also wasn't cleaned during my stay, and no water bottles were provided. Room service was dreadful: I called 3-4 times for a dinner plate, waited until midnight, and nobody came or even told me they had no plates. At check-in, staff acted as if handing over a room was a favour. They didn't help with luggage or ask if I needed anything, and showed no hospitality. The listing says car parking is available, but there was none, which felt completely misleading. This was a horrible stay at Monday Hotels, with careless service and facilities that weren't there. I wouldn't return.

I found the room dirty, with basic amenities missing, and the service was extremely poor. Staff didn't resolve the problems even after I told them. It wasn't worth the price, and the hotel needs major improvement. One of the worst hotel stays I've had.

The cleaning staff came every day, made the bed and refilled the bottles without me having to remind them, which I really appreciated. I stayed for three days, and the room they first gave me had mould; the bed felt wet all night. After I raised it in the morning, they moved me, but the shower in the new room didn't work properly. It was a budget-friendly room. I'd consider booking again if they can promise me a good room each time. I'd suggest taking the breakfast buffet and checking in during the day, since the day staff were much better than the night staff and understood my concern enough to change my room.
