Hotel O Suncity formerly Fort Inn

The staff keep asking to use our phones to check online booking details, then put in a five-star rating themselves without asking. They charge more if you don’t book online through OYO. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely dirty, and the water tank needs to be refilled all the time. Some rooms have exhaust fans that don’t work. In my room, I got an electric shock whenever I turned on the geyser and touched the tap or water. A very bad experience.

My rating would be 0/5, completely negative. The rooms were filthy, unhygienic, and badly maintained, with mosquitoes everywhere because there’s a dump yard behind the hotel. Water supply was also poor. Staff were rude, spoke improperly, and acted with a lot of attitude. Service was unprofessional and very bad. This was a total waste of money. I’d strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially for a family. Worst staff, service, and rooms.

The property feels abandoned and haunted, and the staff were rude and unresponsive. I’ve shared real photos as proof. The listing photos can’t be trusted. The sheets and pillow covers were unwashed, the bathroom was dirty, the window was broken, and the TV didn’t work. A horrible experience. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The bathroom was in terrible shape, and the room floor had stains. The pillow was very dirty too. The bedsheets were disgusting and smelled bad, and the room itself was musty and stinky. Not fit to stay in. The worst experience.
