Lohas Blue A Unit Of Lohas Stays

My booking at Lohas Blue for April 7th turned into a horrible experience. I arrived around 1 PM to find no doorbell and nobody at the gate. The WhatsApp number in my confirmation didn't work, so I eventually called a number I found on Google. The man who answered was arrogant and demanded a soft copy of my ID before letting me enter. It was unbearably hot outside, but when I politely asked to come onto the premises first, he refused. When I said I'd review the experience, he threatened not to let me through the gate. After a long argument in the heat, I was made to apologize and agree not to write anything. A woman opened the gate only after I’d waited more than 10 minutes in the burning sun. I felt so uncomfortable that I decided not to stay. I booked another hotel from the allotted room, where the bathroom was with outside, and left immediately. No guest should be threatened, humiliated, or made to apologize just to enter a prepaid booking. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated this way.

Surya was professional, quick to respond, and genuinely ready to help, which made everything easy to sort out. Lohas Blue Apartments was clean, secure, comfortable, and clearly well managed, with good amenities. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend it.

We spent six months at Lohas Blue, and it really felt like home. It was peaceful, comfortable, and kept in good shape. Whenever we needed something, management was responsive and supportive.

We booked two 2BHK flats for three nights, and the rooms and bathrooms were nice, within budget, and all the amenities worked. The owner was very nice and always reachable by phone, and quickly sorted out a cleanliness issue after we raised it. The caretaker, though, was an opportunist. The WhatsApp photos were somewhat similar, but we were shown flat 301 and then given flat 101 or 201. Even so, all of us had a very good stay.
