There wasn't even a dustbin in the room, and the hotel had no facilities to speak of. It felt extremely unhygienic and completely unsafe, and the staff were very rude. They made our stay miserable until we checked out. It's not suitable for families. I wouldn't give it a single star, but there wasn't an option. If you want to ruin your mood and experience, you can visit this place.

The atmosphere was bad and the stay uncomfortable. Music was blaring in the morning, and the main light had been switched off deliberately. The staff were irritating to deal with, and the whole place felt negative. I wouldn't recommend it.

Kanha Grand Hotel was convenient for getting around the city, and check-in went smoothly. The Wi-Fi worked reliably, and the lobby was pleasant. The rooms were clean and reasonably spacious, and housekeeping did an acceptable job. Staff were generally courteous and accommodating. For the price, the amenities made for a comfortable stay. The restaurant and room service could be better, especially the speed and menu variety. It's a solid value choice for business or casual travel if you aren't looking for luxury.

We stayed for three days while my three friends and I were in town for our NTPC exams. The room was decent, the AC worked well, and the toilet was clean. The receptionist and other staff were polite, helpful, and kept things clean. Getting around the city was convenient. They charged ₹500 for two people to check in two hours early. It was a nice stay, and I'd recommend the hotel. 👍🏽
