A really bad experience. The lift was out of order almost all the time, and the staff weren’t cooperative. There was no service, not even drinking water. The bathroom tiles were broken and the TV didn’t work. Booking online was a bad choice for this hotel.

The staff were polite and behaved well, but the stay itself wasn’t comfortable. The room was small and mosquitoes made it hard to sleep. They didn’t provide drinking water or the WiFi password, which was inconvenient. The place needs better upkeep.

The rooms were good, but the service caused us a lot of trouble. The room’s electrical setup was very poor, and when I called for help, nobody came for several hours. They also charged us an extra half day for just three hours.

A very good experience. It’s quite close to the station, and the staff service is good.
