They charged me extra for leaving the room 10-20 minutes late, which I don’t think was fair. I can’t get downstairs the moment they call, and the staff kept knocking even after I asked them to wait. The service was awful, and the staff were rude and didn’t know how to speak to customers. Worst experience.

The location is good, but the service was poor and the staff spoke very rudely. I had a bad experience with the online booking, and wouldn’t recommend booking online. They talked to me badly.

The cleaning staff were shouting and playing music loudly. They gave me one price over messages and on the phone, then charged Rs 100,200 more when I arrived. That wasn’t right.

A very bad experience at Hill Top Hotel. The AC and fan didn’t work, and when I complained, the staff didn’t care and laughed. They took full payment even though the service wasn’t available. A waste of money, don’t go.

We usually book a flat, often a 2 bhk, for corporate stays, but this time we chose this place and stayed for two days. It was comfortable, with a calm atmosphere that made for a peaceful break after hectic work. For premium rooms, they could provide soap, towels, and a kettle, and leave water in the room instead of making guests ask. Still, I think it’s a good option for corporate stays, families, or couples.
