Collection O 15614 Hotel Olive Somwar Peth

We went out for dinner and left our key at reception. When we got back, my charger was gone. The receptionist said the previous guest had taken it by mistake. Who gave them permission to open the room and take things after we'd checked in? The receptionist was rude too. I booked two rooms through Oyo rooms. At check-in they took 5-10 minutes to clean the room, which was okay. Afterwards, the manager gave me the old charger left by the person who'd stayed in that room.

The room was dirty and had broken fittings. I arrived at 6:15 PM, but reception didn't check me in until 10:50 PM. The service was like hell. I ordered food through the Oyo app at 8:30 PM, but neither the hotel nor OYO bothered to provide it. The person at reception, Ganesh, started fighting when I asked about the order. Think again before booking this hotel.

The Hotel Manager was often at reception but never came to sort out customer complaints. I was shocked that both he and the FO Manager behaved so rudely. I booked through Goibibo for two days with the pay @ hotel option, but had to return early for a reason. Goibibo agreed when I contacted them to cancel one day's booking, but the Hotel FO Manager refused and charged me for the full two days. Hospitality is what hotels are supposed to offer, but I really don't think these people know what it means. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were dusty and nothing like the photos, and room service was poor. Workers were arrogant and stupid, coming and going through the hall as they pleased. Food for this low-class place was exorbitantly priced. The washroom was badly maintained. There's so much more wrong that this page wouldn't be enough. Please look at another hotel. It's not worth it!
