They didn't provide any of the basics, not even a towel or soap, and the bedsheet wasn't clean. The receptionist said the room cost was 800, while Oyo showed 555. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Booking ID: K9V90381.

Even though I'd paid and booked, the staff claimed there was no room available after I showed them my booking ID. I had to call the police to confirm the booking. The staff's behavior was very rude. There was no water in the washroom, and the washrooms were filthy with broken doors. This was an extremely bad, unclean hotel.

It's a reasonably priced place to stay opposite the NDA campus and near Khadakwasla Dam. A cab is available, but there's no water or food service, and you have to pay for drinking water. Room cleaning was poor, and the TV didn't work.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It felt more like a call girl service spot. The place was suffocating, with terrible ventilation and the worst fan, and it wasn't clean at all.

The service was awful. They wanted to charge me extra to change rooms and to clean the room. There were lots of used cond*m packets scattered around inside.
