SPOT ON 72099 Balajee Residency

The location is excellent, but the hotel itself is just so-so. It's okay if you only need somewhere for a few hours between trains. Don't expect much beyond that.

I switched from another hotel because my stay had shrunk to 6-7 hours, and I was arriving early in the morning near the railway station. The bathroom area was dirty, and the room's only window faced the hallway, so I had to keep it shut for privacy. At 4 a.m., staff wouldn't let me extend by an hour. After checkout, they also wouldn't hold my luggage until evening so I could explore the city without carrying it. Maybe it works if you're alone, on a budget, or just need to freshen up.

Worst experience ever. The rooms are only average, and there was no towel, soap, or other accessory. The TV had no recharge, and they charge extra to use the AC. There's no food service, and the staff weren't helpful. They even charge you for checking out 10-15 minutes late. Not recommended, you can find a better place for this price. I'd give it minus stars if that were an option.

We loved staying at Hotel Balaji Residency. The service was fast, the rates affordable, and it had a residential feel. Thanks to all the staff and the director at HOTEL BALAJI RESIDENCY.
