We checked in around 8 pm, and the gym was blasting loud music on the same floor as our room, with no partition. I asked when it would stop because I could tell we wouldn't be able to sleep. Staff said it would be over in 30 minutes to an hour, but it kept going all night. We asked several times for them to turn it down or switch it off, and nothing changed. I couldn't sleep at all. I would never book here again.

The manager treated us very well, and the staff were good too. Everything was in order. I'd highly recommend a visit.

The place felt like a construction site, and there was no lift to the second floor. They said it was being repaired. None of the rooms had windows, which made them suffocating and gave them a typical odor.

The metro at sec 18 is just a few steps away, which is the best thing about this nice hotel. The staff are great too.
