FabHotel Vacanza

The sheets were dirty enough to make my skin itch, and most rooms seem to have ACs that don’t work. None of the bathrooms work either. This wasn’t a good place to rest or get work done.

The person in charge at reception told me, “DO NOT BOOK ONLINE.” FabHotels says this is its property, but it’s a separate business that has tie-ups with various platforms, including fabhotels and stanza living. It’s not really a hotel, but a PG setup, with a maximum of two people in a room. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.

We booked through Agoda, but after arriving we were told to wait five minutes. That turned into more than an hour, with the manager repeating “5 minute” whenever we asked. Eventually they said they didn’t have the forms to register foreigners and couldn’t help us. The service was awful, and they wouldn’t refund us, so we had to contact Agoda ourselves to ask for one. I’ll never come back.

Nothing seems to be maintained, and the cleaning and room service weren’t proper. The staff were extremely lazy, and queries got no response. Whenever I complained, the only reply was, “Ma'am, Covid k wajah se..... Businesses. Nahin hua.. Maintenance kaise karen...” They’re surviving through company tie-ups, despite terrible service and very high rates. I don’t recommend this place. It deserves a negative rating.
