I spent almost 1.5 hours wandering around trying to find the hotel, and the contact number they provided couldn’t be reached. There was no signboard, and both the website’s address and location were completely wrong, pointing to a different area. The whole experience was misleading and unprofessional, causing a lot of inconvenience, stress, and wasted time. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable. I’d warn people away until they fix the address and location, put up proper signage, and provide a working phone number.

I felt cheated by Fab. I paid rs. 1580/- for a Deluxe room that felt worth less than 1000, and the room itself was ordinary. The bedsheets weren’t clean, and the dirty blanket, even under a white cover, felt cheap. The bed didn’t feel hygienic either. The building is residential, with no signboard or building number, and the number on the actual building didn’t match the one in the online booking. Maybe it isn’t registered with local authorities and police, and could be using fake address and location details, which feels quite unsafe.

Fab hotel service is very bad. This hotel was terrible, and I wasted my money.

The kitchen was a real highlight. The food was fresh, delicious, and enough for two, thanks to an amazing chef. Our two-day stay was wonderful, and the staff were warm, polite, and helpful. The rooms felt homely, with a mini kitchen that had a kettle, induction cooktop, and a few utensils. We had a peaceful stay. The room lighting could be better, and there were mosquitos, but I’d recommend it if you’re staying in Noida.

The bathroom had rusty pipes and taps, and cleanliness wasn’t maintained. In the morning I found a piece of bone outside my room, which I didn’t expect to see as a vegetarian. The location didn’t match, there was no FabHotels branding, and the rooms looked nothing like the pictures. They also gave us a cheap quality blanket.
