The rooms and bedsheets were very dirty, and customers weren't given proper rooms. They were knocking on a different room late at night. I don't need your apology at all.

The whole stay was pathetic and absolutely disgusting. The rooms were full of litter, and the bedsheet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a year. Even a Government hospital bathroom is better than this hotel's. Calling this a hotel is a shame, it's just like a lodge. The worst hotel I've stayed in my entire life.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, and the structure is small. The room itself isn't good, and the charges are way too high for it. They only seem interested in making money.

The rooms were very clean, and every room has a fixed LED TV. You can get AC rooms here at very cheap rates. The name of this hotel is too good, and Gaur city mall is just 4-5km away. Food is expensive, and service can sometimes be slow, but the hotel is good.

For just 600 rs, the food was awesome. The location was excellent, the staff behaved well, and the room was very clean.
