The staff weren’t helpful, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room was dirty. The air conditioning didn’t work, and there was a terrible smell in the bathroom. For what it costs, I expected better cleanliness and service. I was very disappointed and would never stay here again.

Pathetic service. The receptionist is rude and doesn’t know how to speak to people. Even with an online booking, they may refuse to give you a room and pressure you to pay extra.

My booking and payment were confirmed, and the payment wasn’t refundable, but when I arrived, the manager and staff behaved badly and wouldn’t give me a room, even though one was available. They didn’t resolve the issue or speak to me respectfully. A very cheap and fraudulent hotel, with rude staff.

We booked our rooms 10 days ahead, but they first refused to give them to us and then left us waiting at reception for more than three hours. These people are goons, not hoteliers. A shame for them and for Fab hotels.

The rooms were awful, there was no service, and the staff were rude. At checkout, they’ll ask you for extra money in cash.
