A five-star review for a unique experience: my partner and I got to watch a free fight scene among the staff inside the property, with no extra charge. I never did get my bath towel, even after asking twice, but I can understand. The guy I asked was himself the main character in the fight later. 🥲🏴

The room was good, and the front desk guys were helpful. The restaurant food was good too, but service was painfully slow. Our water bottle took over 30 minutes to arrive, and Domino's Pizza got to the room before the bottle from the hotel restaurant.

There wasn't a phone in the room, so I had to use my mobile to call reception. The property photos online didn't match what I saw, and my room allocation was different too. Why? It seems MMT doesn't care about the hotel property or customer concerns.

I stayed here for quite a few days and it felt more like being at home. The atmosphere was really good, and I liked the staff, facilities, and ambience. I'd definitely recommend it.

The hygiene and upkeep were awful. They promised breakfast offers but provided nothing, and the sealed water bottles had been opened and filled with tap water. Customers are being cheated. I'd never visit Fab Hotels again.
