Hibiscus select hotel

We booked the hotel for 3 days of wedding functions, including a cocktail party and haldi ceremony. Management interfered constantly from the start, and we ended up having to cancel our outside decor and use their in-house option. The cocktail decor was disorganized and poorly done. Food service was mishandled, and we were overcharged. When we raised concerns, the manager on duty was unhelpful and unprofessional, and the situation escalated into threats to involve the police instead of a professional resolution. Mr. Vansh made coordination especially difficult, while the owner avoided our attempts to speak directly. They failed to provide the agreed services for a once-in-a-lifetime event. I wouldn’t recommend this property for weddings or large functions.

Shivani and garima at the front office were polite, professional, and helpful, and their friendly manner and quick assistance made the stay more enjoyable. Hotel Hibiscus has a welcoming atmosphere, with clean, well-maintained rooms and the essentials for a comfortable, relaxing visit. The service was excellent, and I’d recommend it to anyone after a peaceful stay and good hospitality.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and kept checking that I was comfortable. They were friendly and helpful, always with a smile. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the place for its hospitality.

I had a good dinner at the hibiscus resturant. Sooraj looked after our dinner itinerary and served really tasty food. The staff were cooperative and greeted us warmly. I’d recommend it.
