Visitors aren't allowed at this hotel. You have to meet relatives or friends outside. There was rust all over the steel work, and the place felt very unhygienic. They served tea in paper cups. Really, am I sitting in a roadside shop? When I asked about breakfast at 7:30am, reception said it would be available from 8am to 10am, even though the menu lists 7:30am to 10am. This was my first experience at this kind of hotel, and it was truly pathetic.

The location is good, but the service wasn't up to standard. I called three times and eventually had to go to reception myself to get the complimentary breakfast. My room smelled bad, so I asked for room freshener, and the linen was dirty. It was cold, but when I asked for extra linen, they said there'd be a charge. I was like, what the heck. Just an okay experience.

At lunch on a summer afternoon, we sat in the hall with the AC off. Whenever we asked to have it turned on, they switched it on briefly and then turned it off again. The management doesn't listen to clients' problems, and many broken items are left unrepaired. This place definitely needs improvement.

Worst service and behavior. I booked the conference hall with lunch twice, but everything was ghatiya: the AC, the behavior, and the quality and quantity of the food. I'd give it -5.

I was on the road in bitter cold and fog, and riding my bike had become difficult. With nowhere else available, I stopped here. The staff were very welcoming, room service was good, and the dining area served genuinely tasty food. The hotel was very hygienic too.
