A peaceful, relaxing stay, with delicious food and genuinely amazing service. Jaisamand Island Resort has beautiful surroundings and is a lovely place to spend quality time with the family and kids. We left with great memories, and I highly recommend it for a refreshing getaway.

Getting to the resort is part of the experience: it sits on Asia's second largest manmade lake, and the hotel runs a 20-min ferry from the jetty. The setting has the feel of a King's summer or winter palace, though it belongs to a private group. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, and our group of over 60 had plenty to do between the conference facilities, large pool, and outdoor grounds. The all-meal package included tasty food, with plenty of Rajasthan specialties alongside Indian, continental, and Asian dishes. Our Company held an internal conference at Jaisamand Lake Resort, and everyone was impressed by the location, property, and warm welcome. Property Manager Mr. Navneet kept things running smoothly and was supportive with requests, however difficult or unusual. He seemed to rarely say 'No' and made sure guests had a good experience. I’d last visited almost 10 years ago with fellow bikers and our families. Returning with office colleagues, I was pleasantly surprised to find the property still in good shape and adequately maintained, thanks to the manager and his current team. I’d recommend it to people who want a break from daily hustle-bustle and traffic, and a chance to reconnect with nature, put away their screens, and spend a week watching birds, wildlife, and the lake’s gentle ripples.

A day after checking out, I realized I’d left my gold chain at Jaisamand Island Resort. I wasn’t even sure I’d lost it there, but the team was kind and responsive from my first call. They searched carefully, kept me updated, and reassured me along the way. They found the chain and made sure it was safely returned, staying in touch until I received it. That honesty and genuine care really stood out. Special thanks to Mr Rajkumar Chaudhary and the management team for their support and professionalism. I’m extremely grateful, and this experience earned my trust and respect. It’s rare to see such responsibility and help offered with such integrity. The property is beautiful, but the people are what make this place so worthy of a recommendation. Thank you again for the outstanding service! 🙏

That boat ride to the hotel was beautiful, and the views from the property were breathtaking. Our suite felt worth booking, with top-notch rooms, delicious food, and very polite, courteous staff. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend the place.
