The only real advantage is how close it is to the railway station. My room was spacious, but the hotel still fell short during my one-night stay. The management seemed inattentive to both service and maintenance, and the bedsheets, closets, and furniture are all outdated and need replacing. With proper upkeep it could be pleasant. As it is, it's not worth more than ₹500.

The location is useful, 1.2 km from madgaon railway station, with beaches around 10-15 km away and a very good restaurant, spicy, just outside. But the place is badly maintained, and it seems they simply don't want to look after it. The rooms are big and spacious but very old, with furniture that looks ready to break. There was no hot water because of pipe damage. The bed was dirty, itchy, uncomfortable, and felt as if it might collapse. The TV didn't work, and the bathroom was pathetic, with a pipe issue and a commode close to the bad. 🤮🤢

The famous spicy goan Restaurant is right next door, and the food there is very good. It's easy to get to transportation and shops from the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean.

A really bad stay. The bedsheets weren't clean, the plugs didn't work, and the bathroom wasn't properly maintained either.
