The location was the one good part. I stayed here for our anniversary, but the experience was very disappointing. The owner's family spoke disrespectfully to my wife and other family members when we asked why the decoration charges were unusually high. We were told, “if you can’t afford it, then cancel the deal and leave decor empty .” That was deeply insulting on an occasion we'd hoped to make special. Their attitude also seemed very different with foreign guests. We felt Indian guests were treated unfairly and with clear discrimination, which goes against hospitality. The staff were unhelpful and disinterested, the rooms weren't well maintained, and basic amenities were missing. The bed size was fine, but the room quality fell short. I'd urge Indian families to consider Fortune, other 5-star properties, or well-rated beach shacks, where service and staff behavior may be more reliable. I hope management takes serious steps to improve how guests are treated. Experiences like this can damage Goa's tourism reputation.

This review is for the restaurant. The hotel is now called Nasya's beachside cottages. The Chinese dishes were better than the Indian ones for my taste. Seafood starts the menu, but I don't eat it, so I can't comment on those dishes. The staff were courteous, and Mr. Pele came by himself. He's a jovial man. Nice atmosphere, a great view, and decent music. A good spot to relax, eat, and have a drink.

Pele and his wife were wonderful hosts and made sure everyone was happy. Our cottage was clean and well looked after. A fabulous place to stay, eat, and take a walk along the beach.

The food was full of flavour, with fresh fish cooked just right. Every bite was delicious. I loved it, and the view is beautiful too. Try their Amot tik.

The location is beautiful, and the room is okay, but the prices suddenly went up in Oct 2025 and didn't feel worth it, especially with all the water problems and no water. There's no room service now either. It used to be much better. The restaurant service was excellent before, but now the food is bad and there's no service in the rooms.
