We rented a 2BHK villa for a day with five friends, and ₹3000 felt like a really good price. It was tidy, well kept, and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, so everything ran smoothly. A nice affordable option for a getaway with friends. We’d happily come back.

The owner and receptionist were kind, polite, and very supportive during our two days there. The location is quiet and comfortable, and the rooms were neat and clean. For a budget hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, this is a good pick. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was just right, and the amenities were excellent. My room was spacious, clean, and well cared for. Staff were very polite and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. I had a lovely stay and would recommend it for a comfortable visit.

The main issue was that we had to arrange our own transport. When booking the room, they told us they could provide vehicles, but they couldn't arrange a car or bike for our tour. We ended up booking an Inova car outside the hotel in Utarda beach. The guest house owner was not cooperative, and there was no luggage carrier either. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
