The staff, especially Suresh and Suraj Ji, were helpful and brought me hot water whenever I needed it. The hotel is close to Ghaziabad railway station, and autos, shared autos, and tempos are easy to find for getting to Shaheed Sthal metro station. Rooms come in small and larger sizes, so choose carefully. Booking offline is much cheaper. It's a budget hotel, so don't expect five-star treatment, and as with any place, it's sensible to be aware that problems can happen.
