The staff were polite and responsive, and the AC worked perfectly, which kept us comfortable during the stay. Still, cleanliness and upkeep need attention. The bathroom taps were stained, and there was no toilet paper, which I expected as a basic item. With more care around those details, the experience could improve. For now, it's a fair place mainly because of the service and working amenities, though you should expect some compromises on cleanliness.

The location was inconvenient, and the staff wouldn't cooperate or move me after assigning a room. The washroom seat was broken, and they didn't provide wipers to clean the washroom even after I asked several times. The rooms were poorly maintained and the service was horrible. A terrible stay, definitely not recommended.

The bathroom was dirty and poorly kept, and the shower didn't work. My AC was out of order, so the heat in the room was unbearable. The bed was uncomfortable, cleanliness was poor, the staff weren't friendly, and there were no amenities. My stay at ELITE was a nightmare from check-in to check-out. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Management seems to have given up on even the basics, so save yourself the trouble.

The deluxe rooms were spacious, but everything else about attending a wedding here was poor. There was no bellboy, the manager was ignorant and spoke very badly to guests, and the staff gave customers little respect or response. No toiletries were provided. The food came out cold, and when we asked, they couldn't refill it during the wedding. All the guests were unhappy with the management. They charge extra for everything, and this is a third-class place for a wedding. Please look elsewhere and don't book here. I'd give zero stars if I could, but the system only accepts one.
