Hotel O crossing republik

The location is really good, with great connectivity and amazing shopping malls and localities within walking distance. The rooms have good ventilation and sunlight, and the reception feels cozy and homely. I was visiting from Europe and needed a decent place near ABES college, Noida ( U.P), so I found this Lovely hotel ( Shankar Hotel Crossing Republic). I was a bit sceptical about an OYO hotel here, but the stay turned out amazing. I was especially impressed by the staff, particularly Mr. Rashid Chauhan, Aditya Singh, Dev Mishra, Rohit Kumar, and the Owner Mr. Shanker Sharma. Please read this all the way through. The hotel offers monthly rooms, and I rented one for two months at Rs 12000 per month. After 25 days, I locked it and went home for a few days. They broke the lock without asking me. When I came back one day, they stopped me, then broke the lock again without my permission. The AC mostly doesn’t work, there’s often no electricity in the hotel, and the bedsheets are torn.

The hotel didn’t deliver what it promised, and I’d tell people not to waste their money booking here. A Rs. 1500 payment got stuck because of network congestion, so the staff asked me to pay another Rs. 1500 and promised they’d refund the first one. I trusted them and made the second payment, which reached their account successfully. When I asked about the refund, they started making excuses and stopped responding. My bank confirmed by SMS that both payments had gone from my account to theirs, and the staff still didn’t respond after I shared the message.
